तत्प्रमाणैव सा रात्रिस्तदन्ते सृज्यते पुनः ।
एवंतु ब्रह्मणो वर्षमेकं वर्षशतन्तु तत् ॥
tat-pramāṇaiva sā rātris tad-ante sṛjyate punaḥ | evaṃ tu brahmaṇo varṣam ekaṃ varṣa-śataṃ tu tat ||
সেই রাত্রিও একই পরিমাণ; তার শেষে আবার সৃষ্টি সম্পন্ন হয়। এভাবেই ব্রহ্মার এক বছর; এবং তা একশ বছর পর্যন্ত প্রসারিত।
