तद्वत्कम्पे महाशैलं स्थिरं मनसि धारयेत् ।
विघाते वचसो वाचं बाधिर्ये श्रवणेन्द्रियम् ॥
tadvat kampe mahāśailaṃ sthiraṃ manasi dhārayet / vighāte vacaso vācaṃ bādhirye śravaṇendriyam
তদ্রূপ কাঁপুনিতে মনে এক মহাপর্বতকে স্থিরভাবে ধারণ করতে হবে। বাক্বাধায় বাক্শক্তিকে স্থির/পুনঃপ্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে হবে; বধিরতায় শ্রবণেন্দ্রিয়কে (সবল) করতে হবে।
