तथैकादशमासांस्तु औरभ्रं पितृतृप्तिदम् ।
संवत्सरं तथा गव्यं पयः पायसमेव वा ॥
tathaikādaśamāsāṃs tu aurabhraṃ pitṛtṛptidam / saṃvatsaraṃ tathā gavyaṃ payaḥ pāyasam eva vā
তদ্রূপ ঔরভ্র (ভেড়া/মেষ) মাংস এগারো মাস পর্যন্ত পিতৃদের তৃপ্ত করে। আর গোমাতার উৎপন্ন দ্রব্য—দুধ কিংবা দুধে রান্না করা অন্ন (পায়স)—পূর্ণ এক বছর পর্যন্ত (পিতৃদের) তৃপ্ত করে।
