Adhyaya 23 — Ashvatara’s Vow for Madalasa and the Bestowal of Musical Science by Sarasvati
कामञ्चेममभिध्याय कुरु त्वं पितृतर्पणम् ।
तत्क्षणादेव सा सुभ्रूः श्वसतो मध्यमात्फणात् ॥
kāmañ cemam abhidhyāya kuru tvaṃ pitṛtarpaṇam | tatkṣaṇād eva sā subhrūḥ śvasato madhyamāt phaṇāt ||
এই অভিপ্রায় মনে রেখে পিতৃ-তর্পণ করো; ঠিক সেই মুহূর্তে, তুমি শ্বাস নিতে থাকলে, তোমার মধ্য ফণা থেকে সেই সুন্দর-ভ্রূ নারী উদ্ভূত হবে।
