गोमतीगड़्योश्वैव संगमे लोकविश्रुते । अग्निष्टोममवाप्रोति कुलं चैव समुद्धरेत्
gomatīgaṅgayoś caiva saṅgame lokaviśrute | agniṣṭomam avāpnoti kulaṃ caiva samuddharet ||
রাজেন্দ্র! গোমতী ও গঙ্গার লোকবিখ্যাত সঙ্গমের নিকটে মার্কণ্ডেয় মুনির দুর্লভ তীর্থ আছে। সেখানে গমন করলে মানুষ অগ্নিষ্টোম যজ্ঞের ফল লাভ করে এবং নিজ বংশেরও উদ্ধার সাধন করে।
