तानब्रुवन् महात्मान: स्थिता: प्राजजलयस्तदा । अभ्यनुज्ञापयिष्यन्तस्तं निवासं धृतव्रता:
vaiśampāyana uvāca | tān abruvan mahātmānaḥ sthitāḥ prāñjalayas tadā | abhyanujñāpayiṣyantas taṃ nivāsaṃ dhṛtavratāḥ ||
বৈশম্পায়ন বললেন—তখন সেই মহাত্মারা, ব্রতে অবিচল, করজোড়ে দাঁড়িয়ে যে গোপন নিবাস—অজ্ঞাতবাস—গ্রহণ করতে উদ্যত ছিলেন, তার অনুমতি প্রার্থনা করে বললেন।
