Draupadī’s Instruction on Marital Conduct and Household Discipline (चित्तग्रहण-उपदेश)
महतां चैव भूतानां सर्वेषामिह यः पति: । भगवान् स महातेजा नित्यं चरति पावक:
mahatāṃ caiva bhūtānāṃ sarveṣām iha yaḥ patiḥ | bhagavān sa mahātejā nityaṃ carati pāvakaḥ ||
যিনি এই জগতে সকল মহাভূত—এবং সকল সত্তার—অধিপতি, তিনিই ভগবান। সেই মহাতেজস্বী পাৱক সর্বদা সর্বত্র বিচরণ করেন।
मार्कण्डेय उवाच
Agni (Pāvaka) is portrayed as a universal, ever-present divine power—lord of all beings—implying that honoring the sustaining and purifying forces of the cosmos aligns one with dharma and reverence for order.
Mārkaṇḍeya is describing the exalted status of Agni: as the blessed, radiant lord of all beings who continually moves through the world, emphasizing his pervasive presence and authority.
