द्रौपदी–सत्यभामा संवादः

Draupadī and Satyabhāmā on ethical household conduct

ततः स्विष्ट॑ भवेदाज्यं स्विष्टकृत्‌ परमस्तु सः । जो वेदोंमें सम्पूर्ण जगत॒के पति” कहे गये हैं

tataḥ sviṣṭaṁ bhaved ājyaṁ sviṣṭakṛt paramas tu saḥ |

মার্কণ্ডেয় বললেন—তদনন্তর ঘৃত সত্যই ‘স্বিষ্ট’ হয়ে ওঠে; কারণ তিনিই পরম স্বিষ্টকৃত্—যাঁর প্রভাবে হবি-আহুতি শোভন ও বিধিসম্মতভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়। অতএব তিনি কাম্য যজ্ঞ ও তার ফলের সর্বোচ্চ সিদ্ধিদাতা বলে প্রশংসিত।
