विद्युन्मालापिनद्धाड: समुत्तिष्ठन्ति वै घना: । घोररूपा महाराज घोरस्वननिनादिता: । ततो जलधरा: सर्वे व्याप्रुवन्ति नभस्तलम्‌

Transliteration

vidyunmālāpinaddhāḥ samuttiṣṭhanti vai ghanāḥ | ghorarūpā mahārāja ghorasvananināditāḥ | tato jaladharāḥ sarve vyāpruvanti nabhastalam ||

Translation

বৈশম্পায়ন বললেন—হে মহারাজ, বিদ্যুৎ-মালায় অলংকৃত ঘন মেঘ উঠতে থাকে। ভয়ংকর গর্জনে তাদের রূপ আরও ভয়াবহ হয়। তারপর সেই সকল জলধর ছড়িয়ে পড়ে সমগ্র আকাশমণ্ডল আচ্ছাদিত করে।
