नारदेन गरुडात्मजानां नामकीर्तनम् | Nārada’s Enumeration of Garuḍa’s Descendants
नित्यानुषक्तवैरा हि भ्रातरो देवदानवा: । परपक्षेण सम्बन्धं रोचयिष्याम्यहं कथम्
nityānuṣaktavairā hi bhrātaro devadānavāḥ | parapakṣeṇa sambandhaṃ rocayiṣyāmy ahaṃ katham ||
নারদ বললেন—যদিও দেবতা ও দানব পরস্পর ভাই, তথাপি তাদের বৈর চিরস্থায়ী। এমন অবস্থায় শত্রুপক্ষের সঙ্গে আমার কন্যার সম্বন্ধ আমি কীভাবে অনুমোদন করব?
