नारदेन गरुडात्मजानां नामकीर्तनम् | Nārada’s Enumeration of Garuḍa’s Descendants
नैतानि शक््यं निर्देष्टर रूपतो द्रव्यतस्तथा । गुणतश्वैव सिद्धानि प्रमाणगुणवन्ति च
naitāni śakyaṃ nirdeṣṭuṃ rūpato dravyatas tathā | guṇataś caiva siddhāni pramāṇaguṇavanti ca ||
নারদ বললেন—এগুলির যথার্থ বর্ণনা করা যায় না—না বাহ্যরূপে, না যে-যে দ্রব্যে নির্মিত তার দ্বারা। এদের উৎকৃষ্ট গুণ নিজেই প্রতিষ্ঠিত; আর সুষম পরিমাপ, যথাযথ অনুপাত ও সর্বগুণসম্পন্নতার জন্য এরা সর্বত্র প্রসিদ্ধ ও প্রশংসনীয়।
