अत्र गोव्रतिनो विप्रा: स्वाध्यायाम्नायकर्शिता: । त्यक्तप्राणा जितस्वर्गा निवसन्ति महर्षय:

Transliteration

atra govratino viprāḥ svādhyāyāmnāyakaṛśitāḥ | tyaktaprāṇā jitasvargā nivasanti maharṣayaḥ ||

Translation

এখানে গোব্রতধারী ব্রাহ্মণ মহর্ষিরা বাস করেন—স্বাধ্যায় ও পরম্পরাগত বেদাধ্যয়নে ক্ষীণকায় হয়ে পড়েছেন; প্রাণের প্রতিও উদাসীন; এবং তপস্যার বলে স্বর্গলাভকে জয় করেছেন।
