इन्द्रस्य दुःखप्राप्तिः—त्रिशिरोवधः, वृत्रोत्पत्तिः, जृम्भिकाजननम्

इन्द्र वाच मा भैस्त्वं शीघ्रमेतद् वै कुरुष्व वचनं मम । मत्प्रसादाद्धि ते शस्त्र वजकल्पं भविष्यति
indra uvāca mā bhaiḥ tvaṁ śīghram etad vai kuruṣva vacanaṁ mama | matprasādād dhi te śastraṁ vajrakalpaṁ bhaviṣyati ||
ইন্দ্র বললেন— “ভয় কোরো না, হে বড়ই। শীঘ্রই আমার আদেশ পালন কর। আমার প্রসাদে তোমার এই অস্ত্র—কুঠার—বজ্রসম হবে।”
