पज्च पज्चैव लिप्सन्ति ग्रामकान्‌ पाण्डवा नृूप । न च दित्ससि तेभ्यस्तांस्तच्छमं न करिष्यसि

Transliteration

pañca pañcaiva lipsanti grāmakān pāṇḍavā nṛpa | na ca ditsasi tebhyaḥ tāṁs tac chamaṁ na kariṣyasi narendra ||

Translation

হে নরেন্দ্র, পাণ্ডবেরা কেবল পাঁচটি গ্রামই চায়; কিন্তু তুমি তাদের সে গ্রামগুলিও দিতে চাও না। এতে স্পষ্ট যে তুমি সন্ধির দ্বারা শান্তি স্থাপন করবে না।
