महामेघनिभश्नापि निर्घोष: श्रूयते जनै: । महाशनिसम: शब्द: शात्रवाणां भयंकर:
mahāmeghanibhaś cāpi nirghoṣaḥ śrūyate janaiḥ | mahāśanisamaḥ śabdaḥ śātravāṇāṃ bhayaṅkaraḥ ||
বৈশম্পায়ন বললেন—লোকেরা তার গর্জনধ্বনি মহামেঘের বজ্রনাদের মতো শোনে; সেই শব্দ মহাবজ্রের ন্যায়, শত্রুসেনার মনে ভয় সঞ্চার করে।
