Śikhaṇḍinī’s Marriage Arrangement and the Daśārṇa Envoy’s Accusation (शिखण्डिनी-विवाह-विप्रलम्भ-प्रसङ्गः)
एतच्छुत्वा द्रुपदो यज्ञसेन: सर्व तत्त्वं मन्त्रविद्धयो निवेद्य । मन्त्र राजा मन्त्रयामास राजन् यथायुक्तं रक्षणे वै प्रजानाम्
etac chrutvā drupado yajñasenaḥ sarva-tattvaṁ mantraviddhyo nivedya | mantra-rājā mantrayāmāsa rājan yathā-yuktaṁ rakṣaṇe vai prajānām ||
এ কথা শুনে যজ্ঞসেন দ্রুপদ তত্ত্বজ্ঞ মন্ত্রীদের কাছে সমস্ত বিষয় যথাযথভাবে নিবেদন করলেন। তারপর, হে রাজন, প্রজার রক্ষাকে লক্ষ্য করে তিনি পুনরায় মন্ত্রীদের সঙ্গে গোপন পরামর্শ করলেন এবং প্রজাসুরক্ষার জন্য যা যথোচিত, সেই ব্যবস্থাই স্থির করলেন।
