खड्गकार्मुकनिर्व्यूहैः शरैश्व॒ विविधैरपि । तैलधौतै: प्रकाशद्धिस्तदशो भत वै बलम्
khaḍga-kārmuka-nirvyūhaiḥ śaraiś ca vividha-ir api | taila-dhautaiḥ prakāśadbhiḥ tad aśobhat vai balam ||
খড়্গ ও ধনুকের বিন্যাসে, এবং নানাবিধ বাণে সজ্জিত সেই সেনা অপূর্ব শোভা পেত; তেলে ধোয়া অস্ত্রশস্ত্র ঝলমল করায় সেই বাহিনী দীপ্তিময় হয়ে উঠেছিল।
