वृषसेनो रथस्ते5ग्र्य: कर्णपुत्रो महारथ: । प्रधक्ष्यति रिपूर्णां ते बल॑ं तु बलिनां वर:
vṛṣaseno rathas te 'gryaḥ karṇaputro mahārathaḥ | pradhakṣyati ripūṇāṃ te balaṃ tu balināṃ varaḥ ||
ভীষ্ম বললেন— কর্ণপুত্র বৃষসেন তোমার সেনার শ্রেষ্ঠ রথীদের একজন; সে সত্যই মহারথী। বলবানদের মধ্যে শ্রেষ্ঠ সেই বৃষসেন তোমার শত্রুদের বিশাল বাহিনীকে দগ্ধ করে ভস্ম করবে।
