Kṛṣṇa’s Conciliatory Address to Karṇa
द्रौपदीसहितं पार्थ सायुधैर्भ्नातृभिर्वृतम् । वनस्थमपि राज्यस्थ: पाण्डवं को विजेष्यति
drau-padī-sahitaṃ pārtha sāyudhair bhrātṛbhir vṛtam | vanastham api rājyasthaḥ pāṇḍavaṃ ko vijeṣyati ||
হে পার্থ! দ্রৌপদীসহ, অস্ত্রধারী ভ্রাতৃগণে পরিবেষ্টিত সেই পাণ্ডব—যুধিষ্ঠিরকে—যুদ্ধে কে পরাজিত করতে পারে? তিনি বনবাসে থাকলেও প্রকৃতপক্ষে রাজসিংহাসনে বসারই যোগ্য; এমন জনকে জয় করা সহজ নয়।
