सुखं नैवेह नामुत्र लभन्ते पुरुषाधमा: । बेटा! जो इस प्रकार विनयशून्य एवं अशिक्षित पौत्रसे हर्षको प्राप्त होता है तथा उद्योगरहित
sukhaṃ naiveha nāmutra labhante puruṣādhamāḥ |
অধম মানুষ এ লোকেও সুখ পায় না, পরলোকেও নয়। যে বিনয়হীন, অশিক্ষিত, উদ্যোগহীন, দুর্বিনীত ও মূঢ় পুত্র-পৌত্রকে নিয়ে গর্ব করে—যারা কর্মই করে না, আর করলেও নিন্দিত কর্ম করে—তার সন্তানলাভ কল্যাণ নয়, সর্বনাশের কারণ হয়।
