नाहमेतत् करिष्यामि गच्छथ्वं वै सुरोत्तमा: । असिमिंश्षार्थे पुरा गीत॑ ब्रह्मणा श्रूयतामिदम्
nāham etat kariṣyāmi gacchathvaṃ vai surottamāḥ | asminn arthe purā gītaṃ brahmaṇā śrūyatām idam, viśeṣataḥ |
শল্য বললেন—আমি এটা করব না। হে দেবশ্রেষ্ঠগণ, তোমরা চলে যাও। এই বিষয়েই প্রাচীনকালে ব্রহ্মা যে উপদেশ-গীত গেয়েছিলেন, তা শোনো।
