सहैव तव पुत्रेण सर्वे वै निधनं गता: । “इस समय यह पृथ्वी निर्जन होकर केवल सूनी-सी दिखायी देती है। नाना देशोंके नरेश विभिन्न दिशाओंसे आकर आपके पुत्रके साथ ही सब-के-सब कालके गालमें चले गये हैं
sahaiva tava putreṇa sarve vai nidhanaṁ gatāḥ |
বৈশম্পায়ন বললেন—তোমার পুত্রের সঙ্গেই তারা সকলেই নিঃসন্দেহে মৃত্যুর পথে গিয়েছে।
