सो<ब्रवीदहमासं प्रागू दंशो नाम महासुर: । पुरा देवयुगे तात भूगोस्तुल्यवया इव
so 'bravīd aham āsaṃ prāg daṃśo nāma mahāsuraḥ | purā devayuge tāta bhṛgor tulyavayā iva ||
সে বলল— “হে তাত, প্রাচীন দেবযুগে আমি দংশ নামে এক মহা অসুর ছিলাম। সেই সময়ে আমার বয়স ও মর্যাদা যেন ঋষি ভৃগুর সমানই ছিল।”
