मोक्षोपाय-निर्णयः

Determination of the Means to Liberation

तत्त्वाभेदेन यच्छास्त्रं तत्‌ कार्य नान्यथाविधम्‌ | असमीक्ष्यैव कर्माणि नीतिशास्त्रं यथाविधि

tattvābhedena yacchāstraṃ tat kāryaṃ nānyathāvidham | asamīkṣyaiva karmāṇi nītiśāstraṃ yathāvidhi ||

দ্যুমৎসেন বললেন—যে শাস্ত্র তত্ত্বের যথার্থ নীতিতে রাজনীতি ও দণ্ডবিধান স্থির করে, তা যেমন বলা হয়েছে তেমনই প্রয়োগ করতে হবে, অন্যভাবে নয়। অপরাধীর কর্ম যথাযথ পরীক্ষা না করে এবং নীতিশাস্ত্রের বিধান সম্যক্ বিবেচনা না করে নিয়মবিরুদ্ধ দণ্ড দেওয়া উচিত নয়।
