यथाक्रमेण भगवंस्तीर्थानामनुपूर्वश: । ब्रह्मन ब्रह्मविदां श्रेष्ठ परं कौतूहलं हि मे

Transliteration

yathākrameṇa bhagavaṁs tīrthānām anupūrvaśaḥ | brahman brahmavidāṁ śreṣṭha paraṁ kautūhalaṁ hi me || janamejaya uvāca ||

Translation

জনমেজয় বললেন— ভগবন, তীর্থগুলিকে যথাক্রমে ও ধারাবাহিকভাবে বর্ণনা করুন। হে ব্রাহ্মণ, ব্রহ্মবিদদের মধ্যে শ্রেষ্ঠ— আমার কৌতূহল অতিশয় গভীর।
