हीनप्राणजडान्धेषु सुप्तभीतोत्थितेषु च । मत्तोन्मत्तप्रमत्तेषु न शस्त्राणि च पातयेत्
hīnaprāṇajaḍāndheṣu suptabhītotthiteṣu ca | mattonmattapramatteṣu na śastrāṇi ca pātayet ||
যাদের প্রাণবল ক্ষীণ, যারা জড়বুদ্ধি বা অন্ধ; আর যারা ঘুমন্ত, ভীত বা সদ্য জাগ্রত; এবং যারা মত্ত, উন্মত্ত বা অসতর্ক—এদের উপর অস্ত্র প্রয়োগ করা উচিত নয়।
