Transliteration

rāhur agrasad ādityam aparvaṇi viśāmpate | ulkā cāpy apasavyena puraṃ kṛtvā vyaśīryata ||

Translation

হে প্রজাপতি! অপর্বকালে রাহু সূর্যকে গ্রাস করল; আর বামগতি (অপসব্য) পথে চলা উল্কা নগরকে প্রদক্ষিণ করে ভেঙে পড়ল।
