सभा-पर्व, अध्याय ६१ — द्रौपदी-प्रश्नः, सभाधर्मः, सत्यवचन-नियमः
युधिछिर उवाच शतं दासीसहस््राणि तरुण्यो हेमभद्रिका: । कम्बुकेयूरधारिण्यो निष्ककण्ठ्यः स्वलंकृता:
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca—śataṃ dāsīsahasrāṇi taruṇyo hemabhadrikāḥ | kambukeyūradhāriṇyo niṣkakaṇṭhyaḥ svalakṛtāḥ ||
যুধিষ্ঠির বললেন—আমার কাছে তরুণী দাসীদের শত-সহস্র আছে, যারা সোনার মঙ্গলময় অলংকারে ভূষিতা—হাতে শঙ্খের চুড়ি, বাহুতে কেয়ূর, গলায় নিষ্কহার; সর্বাঙ্গে সুসজ্জিত। হে রাজন, এটাই আমার ধন; এই ধনই আমি তোমার সঙ্গে খেলায় পণ রাখছি।
