द्रोणपर्व — अध्याय १६२: प्रातःसंध्यायां युद्धप्रवृत्तिः तथा रजोमेघे संमूढता
अशक्या तरसा जेतुं पाण्डवानामनीकिनी । जीवत्सु पाण्डुपुत्रेषु तद्धि सत्यं ब्रवीमि ते
aśakyā tarasā jetuṃ pāṇḍavānām anīkinī | jīvatsu pāṇḍuputreṣu taddhi satyaṃ bravīmi te ||
পাণ্ডুপুত্রেরা জীবিত থাকলে কেবল তাড়নার জোরে পাণ্ডবদের সেনাকে জয় করা অসম্ভব—এ সত্যই আমি তোমাকে বলছি।
