अत्यद्भुतमिदं तात त्वत्सकाशाच्छूणोम्यहम्‌ । एकस्य बहुभि: सार्ध शत्रुभिस्तैर्महारथै:

Transliteration

atyadbhutam idaṃ tāta tvat-sakāśāc chṛṇomy aham | ekasya bahubhiḥ sārdhaṃ śatrubhis tair mahārathaiḥ ||

Translation

তাত! তোমার মুখ থেকে আমি এক আশ্চর্য কথা শুনছি—শত্রুপক্ষের সেই অসংখ্য মহারথীর সঙ্গে একমাত্র সাত্যকির এমন ভয়ংকর যুদ্ধ হয়েছে।
