हतशेषैर्महाराज द्विसाहसैह्योत्तमै: । निहन्तुकाम: समरे इरावन्तं महाबलम्‌

Transliteration

hataśeṣair mahārāja dvisāhasair hy uttamaiḥ | nihantukāmaḥ samare irāvantaṃ mahābalam ||

Translation

মহারাজ! হত্যাযজ্ঞ থেকে বেঁচে থাকা শ্রেষ্ঠ দুই হাজার জনকে সঙ্গে নিয়ে সে সমরে মহাবলী ইরাবানকে বধ করার অভিপ্রায়ে রণক্ষেত্রে প্রবেশ করল।
