Transliteration

tataḥ śikhaṇḍī gāṅgeyaṁ yudhyamānaṁ mahāhave | jaghāna bahubhir bāṇaiḥ saha gāṇḍīvadhanvanā ||

Translation

তখন মহাসমরে যুদ্ধরত গাঙ্গেয় ভীষ্মকে শিখণ্ডী—গাণ্ডীবধারী অর্জুনের সঙ্গে—অসংখ্য বাণে বিদ্ধ করল।
