Adhyāya 51: Kṛṣṇa’s Leave-Taking and Departure for Dvārakā (द्वारकागमनानुमति)
य एवममृतं नित्यमग्राहां शश्वदक्षरम् । वश्यात्मानमसंश्लटिष्टं यो वेद न मृतो भवेत्
ya evam amṛtaṁ nityam agrāhyaṁ śaśvad akṣaram | vaśyātmānam asaṁśliṣṭaṁ yo veda na mṛto bhavet ||
বায়ু বললেন—যে এইভাবে চেতন আত্মাকে অমৃত, নিত্য, ইন্দ্রিয়াতীত, শাশ্বত ও অক্ষয়; সংযতাত্মা এবং অসঙ্গ বলে জানে, সে মৃত্যুর বন্ধনে পতিত হয় না।
