तस्मात्‌ सत्यमया विप्रा नित्यं योगपरायणा: । अतीतक्रोधसंतापा नियता धर्मसेविन:

tasmāt satyamayā viprā nityaṁ yogaparāyaṇāḥ | atītakrodhasaṁtāpā niyatā dharmasevinaḥ ||

অতএব সত্যনিষ্ঠ ব্রাহ্মণগণ সদা যোগে পরায়ণ থাকেন; ক্রোধ ও অন্তর্দাহ অতিক্রান্ত, নিয়মে স্থির, এবং ধর্মসেবায় রত হয়ে তাঁরা সত্যকেই আশ্রয় করেন।
