Adhyāya 33: Brāhmaṇa-Upadeśa on Buddhi, Āśrama-Forms, and Inner Freedom
एक: पन्था ब्राह्मणानां येन गच्छन्ति तद्विद: । गृहेषु वनवासेषु गुरुवासेषु भिक्षुषु
ekaḥ panthā brāhmaṇānāṁ yena gacchanti tadvidaḥ | gṛheṣu vanavāseṣu guruvāseṣu bhikṣuṣu brahmacarye gārhasthye vānaprasthe ca saṁnyāse ca ||
ব্রাহ্মণ বললেন—ব্রহ্মবিদ্ ব্রাহ্মণদের পথ একটিই; যে পথে তত্ত্বজ্ঞেরা অগ্রসর হন। তাঁরা গৃহে থাকুন বা বনে বাস করুন, গুরুর আশ্রমে থাকুন বা ভিক্ষাবৃত্তিতে জীবনযাপন করুন; ব্রহ্মচর্য, গার্হস্থ্য, বানপ্রস্থ বা সন্ন্যাস—যে আশ্রমেই প্রতিষ্ঠিত থাকুন না কেন, ব্রহ্মজ্ঞ ব্রাহ্মণরা একটিমাত্র অভিন্ন পথে চলেন।
