लेभिरे परम हर्ष मेनिरे चासुरं हतम्‌ । ततो देवा: प्रियाण्यस्य सर्व एव समाहरन्‌

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | lebhire parama-harṣaṁ menire cāsuraṁ hatam | tato devāḥ priyāṇy asya sarva eva samāharan |

Translation

ভীষ্ম বললেন—তাঁরা পরম আনন্দ লাভ করলেন এবং মনে করলেন যে অসুরের বিনাশ অবশ্যম্ভাবী। তখন সকল দেবতা তার প্রিয় প্রিয় বস্তুসমূহ একত্র করে তাকে নিবেদন করতে লাগলেন।
