Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
जग्राहांगिरसं देव: शिखी तस्माद्भधुताशन: । तस्मादांगिरसा ज्ञेया: सर्व एव तदन्वया:
jagrāhāṅgirasaṃ devaḥ śikhī tasmād badhutāśanaḥ | tasmād āṅgirasā jñeyāḥ sarva eva tad-anvayāḥ ||
বসিষ্ঠ বললেন—জ্বালামুকুটধারী দেব অগ্নি অঙ্গিরাকে পুত্ররূপে গ্রহণ করেছিলেন; অতএব অঙ্গিরাবংশে জন্মানো সকলেই অগ্নিবংশীয় বলে জ্ঞাত হবে, এবং ‘বারুণ’ সংজ্ঞাতেও পরিচিত হবে।
