Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
ततः स जनयामास भूतग्रामं च वीर्यवान् । तस्य तत् तेजसस्तस्माज्जज्ञे लोकेषु तैजसम्
tataḥ sa janayāmāsa bhūtagrāmaṃ ca vīryavān | tasya tat tejasas tasmāj jajñe lokeṣu taijasam ||
তারপর সেই পরাক্রান্ত সত্তা জীবসমূহের সমষ্টিকে উৎপন্ন করলেন। তাঁরই তেজ থেকে লোকসমূহে ‘তৈজস’ সৃষ্টি প্রকাশ পেল—যা কর্মশীলতা ও গতিতে পরিপূর্ণ।
