Cows and Ghee as Supreme Purifiers
इदं गवां प्रभवविधानमुत्तमं पठन् सदाशुचिरपि मंगलप्रिय: । विमुच्यते कलिकलुषेण मानव: श्रियं सुतान् धनपशुमाप्तुयात् सदा
idam gavāṁ prabhavavidhānam uttamaṁ paṭhan sadāśucir api maṅgalapriyaḥ | vimucyate kalikaluṣeṇa mānavaḥ śriyaṁ sutān dhana-paśum āptuyāt sadā ||
ভীষ্ম বললেন—গরুর উৎপত্তি ও মহিমা-বিষয়ক এই উৎকৃষ্ট বর্ণনা যে ব্যক্তি নিয়মিত পাঠ করে, সে অশুচি হলেও মঙ্গলপ্রিয় হয়ে ওঠে। কলিযুগের কলুষ থেকে সে মুক্ত হয় এবং সর্বদা পুত্র, লক্ষ্মী, ধন ও পশুধন লাভ করে।
