युधिछिर उवाच गोप्रदानगुणान्‌ सम्यक्‌ पुनर्मे ब्रूहि भारत । न हि तृप्याम्यहं वीर शृण्वानो$मृतमीदृशम्‌

Transliteration

yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | gopradānaguṇān samyak punar me brūhi bhārata | na hi tṛpyāmy ahaṃ vīra śṛṇvāno 'mṛtam īdṛśam ||

Translation

যুধিষ্ঠির বললেন—হে ভারত! গোদান-এর গুণ ও মহিমা আমাকে আবারও স্পষ্টভাবে ও সম্পূর্ণরূপে বলুন। হে বীর, এমন অমৃতসম উপদেশ শুনেও আমার তৃপ্তি হয় না; শ্রবণের আকাঙ্ক্ষা আরও বাড়ে।
