Transliteration

prāṇadānād dhi paramaṁ na dānam iha vidyate | śrutaṁ hi te mahābāho lomaśasyāpi tad vacaḥ ||

Translation

ভীষ্ম বললেন—নিশ্চয়ই এই জগতে প্রাণদান অপেক্ষা শ্রেষ্ঠ দান নেই। হে মহাবাহো! এ বিষয়ে লোমশ মুনির সেই বাক্য তুমিও শুনেছ।
