Karma-Phala Rahasya and the Ethics of Dāna (कर्मफल-रहस्यं दानधर्मश्च)
येन प्रीणात्युपाध्यायं तेन स्याद् ब्रह्म पूजितम् । मनुष्य जिस व्यवहारसे पिताको प्रसन्न करता है
yena prīṇāty upādhyāyaṁ tena syād brahma pūjitam |
যে আচরণে মানুষ উপাধ্যায়কে প্রসন্ন করে, সেই আচরণেই পরব্রহ্মের পূজা সম্পন্ন হয়। যে ব্যবহারে সে পিতাকে তুষ্ট করে, তাতে প্রজাপতি প্রসন্ন হন; যে ব্যবহারে সে মাতাকে সন্তুষ্ট করে, তাতে পৃথিবীদেবীর আরাধনা হয়; আর যে আচরণে সে গুরুকে তৃপ্ত করে, তাতেই পরমাত্মার সর্বোচ্চ পূজা সম্পন্ন হয়।
