On the Fruits of Austerity and Giving
वर्तितं भूगुशार्दूल यन्न दग्धो5स्मि तद् बहु । एष एव वरो मुख्य: प्राप्तो मे भूगुनन्दन
vartitaṁ bhṛguśārdūla yan na dagdho ’smi tad bahu | eṣa eva varo mukhyaḥ prāpto me bhṛgunandana ||
কুশিক বললেন— হে ভৃগুশার্দূল, এই পরীক্ষার মধ্য দিয়ে গিয়েও আমি দগ্ধ হইনি— এটাই আমার জন্য মহা বর। হে ভৃগুনন্দন, এই-ই আমার প্রাপ্ত শ্রেষ্ঠ আশীর্বাদ।
