Vivāha-dharma: Kanyā-pradāna, Śulka, and Pāṇigrahaṇa-niṣṭhā (अनुशासन पर्व, अध्याय ४४)

Dharma includes restraint and the duty to protect those under one’s care; lack of self-discipline and unstable desire are condemned, and wrongdoing is to be checked through firm moral rebuke.
Vipula confronts an unnamed wrongdoer who approaches a woman with improper intent, declares that he knows the man’s unstable and undisciplined nature, asserts the woman is under his protection, and orders the offender to leave immediately.
