Pūjya-namaskārya-prakaraṇa
On Those Worthy of Honor and Salutation
एवमेतत् परं स्थान ब्राह्म॒ण्यं नाम भारत । तच्च दुष्प्रापमिह वै महेन्द्रवचनं यथा
evam etat paraṁ sthānaṁ brāhmaṇyaṁ nāma bhārata | tac ca duṣprāpam iha vai mahendravacanaṁ yathā ||
হে ভারত! সত্যই তাই—‘ব্রাহ্মণ্য’ নামে যে অবস্থা, সেটিই পরম শ্রেষ্ঠ স্থান; আর মহেন্দ্রের বাক্য অনুসারে, এই জীবনেই অন্য বর্ণের লোকদের পক্ষে তা লাভ করা সত্যই দুর্লভ।
