प्रतर्दनो दिवोदास: सुदास: कोसलेश्वर: । ऐलो नलश्न राजर्षिमिनुश्चैव प्रजापति:
pratardano divodāsaḥ sudāsaḥ kosaleśvaraḥ | ailo nalaś ca rājarṣir manuś caiva prajāpatiḥ ||
ভীষ্ম বললেন—“আরও শোনো এই রাজর্ষিদের নাম: প্রতর্দন, দিবোদাস, কোসলাধিপতি সুদাস, ঐল (পুরূরবা), রাজর্ষি নল এবং প্রজাপতি মনু। এঁরা এবং পুরাণে প্রসিদ্ধ অন্যান্য প্রাচীন পুণ্যবান রাজাগণ স্মরণীয়। যে ব্যক্তি প্রতিদিন প্রাতে উঠে স্নানে শুচি হয়ে প্রভাত ও সায়ংকালে এই নামগুলি পাঠ করে, সে ধর্মফলের অংশীদার হয়।”
