अधीत्य नीतिशास्त्राणि नीतियुक्तो न दृश्यते । अनभिशनज्ञश्न साचिव्यं गमित: केन हेतुना
adhītya nītiśāstrāṇi nītiyukto na dṛśyate | anabhiśanajñaḥ sacivyaṃ gamitaḥ kena hetunā ||
যুধিষ্ঠির বললেন—নীতিশাস্ত্র অধ্যয়ন করেও কাউকে নীতিতে প্রতিষ্ঠিত দেখা যায় না; আবার নীতিতে অনভিজ্ঞ কেউ কখনও মন্ত্রিত্বপদে উন্নীত হয়। এ কী কারণে ঘটে?
