रुद्रस्य भागं यज्ञे च विशिष्ट ते त्वकल्पयन् | भयेन त्रिदशा राजन् शरणं च प्रपेदिरे
rudrasya bhāgaṃ yajñe ca viśiṣṭa te tv akalpayan | bhayena tridaśā rājan śaraṇaṃ ca prapedire |
বায়ু বললেন—হে রাজন, ভয়ে দেবতারা শঙ্কর রুদ্রের শরণ নিলেন। তারপর যজ্ঞে রুদ্রের জন্য এক বিশেষ ও শ্রেষ্ঠ ভাগ নির্ধারণ করলেন এবং যজ্ঞের অবশিষ্ট সমস্ত দ্রব্য রুদ্রের অধিকারে নিবেদন করলেন।
