Adhyāya 152 — Bhīṣma’s Authorization for Yudhiṣṭhira’s Return to the Capital (नगरप्रवेशानुज्ञा)
प्रभवन् पृच्छते यो हि सम्मानयति वा पुन: । नूनं जनमदुष्टात्मा पण्डिताख्यां स गच्छति
prabhavan pṛcchate yo hi sammānayati vā punaḥ | nūnaṃ janam aduṣṭātmā paṇḍitākhyāṃ sa gacchati ||
মহেশ্বর বললেন—যে ব্যক্তি সক্ষম বা প্রভাবশালী হয়েও বিনয়ে প্রশ্ন করে, কিংবা আবার অন্যকে সম্মান করে—সে নিশ্চয়ই দুষ্টচিত্ত নয়; সে পণ্ডিতের খ্যাতি ও মর্যাদা লাভ করে।
