प्रज्ञासम्भावितो नूनमप्रजञ्जैरुपसंहित: । हीयमानो$सि दुर्वत्तैस्तेनासि हरिण: कृश:
prajñāsambhāvito nūnam aprajñajñair upasaṁhitaḥ | hīyamāno 'si durvṛttais tenāsi hariṇaḥ kṛśaḥ ||
ব্রাহ্মণ বললেন—“নিশ্চয়ই তোমার প্রজ্ঞার জন্য তুমি সম্মানের যোগ্য, কিন্তু তুমি অজ্ঞান লোকদের মাঝে আবদ্ধ। দুষ্টাচারীদের অবজ্ঞায় তুমি ক্রমে ক্ষীণ হয়ে যাচ্ছ; সেই দুশ্চিন্তায় তুমি হরিণের মতো কৃশ ও ফ্যাকাশে হয়ে পড়েছ।”
